Australian Camps Association National Conference 2021
The theme of this year’s Conference is ‘Recharge’, coming as it does after a particularly difficult 2020, both for our profession and for us as individuals. We aim to provide some inspiring professional development as always, but we also want to focus strongly on you – there’ll be plenty of opportunities for fun, relaxation, networking, socialising and perhaps the odd quirky challenge here and there!
On the professional development front, our presenters will speak on a wide range of topics, including maintaining optimism, fostering wellbeing and resilience in your staff teams, developing strategic focus and building a more inclusive business model. The content will be suitable for managers, senior staff and activity staff, so bring your whole team along.
