Activities Coordinators

Fairbridge Western Australia Inc are excited to move forward as the preferred provider to manage school camps at 6 new locations. These sites designed to complement our existing operations in Pinjarra will help develop school camp programs to meet curriculum outcomes through the diversity on offer.

Fairbridge Western Australia Inc are seeking individuals that have prior experience plus enthusiasm to join our pool of Activity Coordinators servicing sites in the Peel and South Metro areas on a casual basis.

You will be required to coordinate, manage and engage school and community groups undertaking a selection of organised activities. This is a hands-on role, so we are seeking staff with a great work ethic who can demonstrate, understand and accept procedures to perform work in a safe manner aligned to strict Occupational Health and Safety policies.


Successful candidates will ideally have:

  • A Cert III or Higher in Outdoor Recreation or equivalent
  • Australian Canoeing Flat Water Guide (or higher) award or SISOCNE201A:
  • RLSSA or SLSA Bronze Medallion
  • Roping qualifications in climbing and/or abseiling
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to engage all levels of students.
  • Professional attitude, good work ethic and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a small team.

Successful applicants will need a working with children check and a current National Police Check.

Some weekend work and the ability to be located at both sites will be required.
