Join our tribe! AW is seeking to grow our team of skilled, passionate facilitators to deliver high-energy, fun and meaningful activity-based, outdoor programs.

WHERE: Various locations, Western Australia (mostly Perth, Dwellingup and South West)

Program Facilitator – Level One (Casual)

Commencing Feb 2019

AW is a thought leader in the outdoor education space, partnering with WA's most innovative schools to design and deliver inspiring and impactful outdoor adventures for our next generation.  With over 20 years' experience in this space, we are proud to be delivering brave, cutting edge outdoor programs that grow the social and emotional capabilities of young people.  Our team harness the power of nature and the outdoors to facilitate profound learning experiences.

But we can't do it alone.  We are excited to be growing our team of skilled, passionate facilitators for the delivery of high-energy, fun and meaningful activity-based, outdoor programs. 

Core objectives for this role include:

  • Facilitate excellent program experiences to all AW clients
  • Manage the safety and risks associated with delivering outdoor activity programs
  • Facilitate all programs in alignment with AW program design principles and organizational values
  • Facilitate all programs in alignment with AW policies, risk management strategies and standard operating procedures
  • Commit to the continual improvement of facilitation skills
  • Effectively model the Social and Emotional Capabilities to customers during program facilitation
  • Quickly and effectively develop positive relationships with clients and participants
