Managing Conflict and Difficult People Workshops


Tuesday 30th March- 6:30pm- 8:30pm

Friday 21st May- 7am- 9:30am


Conference Room- 246 Vincent Street, Leederville

Candor Training presenter, Ian Crawford will deliver the workshops in partnership with DLGSC.  The course is designed to develop the skills of coaches, officials and committee members to better manage conflict and deal with difficult people and is suitable for clubs, associations and Local Government Authorities.  The content of the workshop includes:

• Identifying conflict in its early stages before it erupts into crisis
• Preventing conflict arising in the first place
• Use of verbal strategies and body language to diffuse conflict
• Asking the one question that could stop conflict immediately
• Dealing with conflict on social media.

 

Places in all workshops are limited and successful applicants will be notified of a confirmed place.
