Active Afternoons Inclusive Beginner’s Running and Walking Group
October 3 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
We meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Come as frequently or as infrequently as you like, both nights or either one.
A very relaxed, Inclusive, social and supportive group, always sticking together, not leaving anyone behind
There is also an optional beginner’s running group on Thursdays, in addition to walking, with a host for each group.
No set pace or distance,
whatever you’re comfortable with.
If you are hesitant because you think you might not be “fit enough” or might not be able to “keep up”, there is no “fit enough” or any need to “keep up”, you are who the group is aimed at supporting.
With the added safety of walking running with a group later in the day.
