For the 2024 Event, we’ll, again, be using the Queue-it; a virtual waiting room that provides fairer and controlled access to registrations by creating a digital queue.
Registration links will be on our website and social media from 8:00am to allow you to queue in the digital waiting room before registrations open. For the best chance of securing an entry to the 2024 Event, you should enter the queue between 8.00am and 8.29am on either Tuesday 31 October for Duos and Wednesday 1 November for Teams. This will allow you to be allocated a number in the first round of queuing. For more information on the queue-it integration, head HERE.
If you register in a duo or team, you’ll need to confirm your commitment to enter by making full payment of the entry fee when you register. Your entry will be confirmed after your successful payment.
Captains of duos and teams who successfully register will receive a notification via email and can then invite team members to join. Teammates will have a short period of time to join their team. Teams who do not have all team members entered by this cut-off date, 5:00pm Sunday, 5 November 2023, risk losing their entry.
