Your day begins with a peaceful pickup in Midland, setting the stage for a day of tranquility and self-discovery. As you leave the hustle and bustle behind we’ll make our way to John Forrest National Park, where you’ll be captivated by the natural wonders that await.

Our first stop takes you to the banks of the babbling Jane Brook, where you’ll engage in a guided mindfulness meditation session. Listen to the soothing sounds of the flowing water and find inner peace in this tranquil setting.

Little Eagle View Trail Hike with Forest Bathing

Now that we have set our intention for our Holistic Hiking experience its time to embark on a captivating 10-kilometer hike along the Little Eagle View Trail, an adventure that will immerse you in the heart of John Forrest National Park. This scenic path promises an array of enriching experiences as we pass through varied vegetation types, including heathlands, open wandoo woodlands and mixed jarrah marri-wandoo forest. Our journey begins with a climb to the Eagle View Lookout, offering breathtaking panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see. The trail then guides as along a ridge line that provides spectacular views, before descending down into a secluded valley where the trail meanders beside a seasonal brook. This valley is a hidden gem, with some of the most picturesque Wandoo Woodland in the entire park. The ancient Wandoo trees stand tall, their silver-white trunks and unique bark patterns telling stories of time and resilience. This woodland offers a peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere, where you can connect deeply with the surrounding forest. As we hike, we’ll engage in forest bathing activities, encouraging you to be fully present in this natural wonderland. Feel the earth beneath your feet, breathe in the crisp, clean air, and let the gentle rustling of leaves be your guide to tranquility. It’s a holistic experience that allows you to connect with the healing energy of the forest on a profound level.
